The call box system has now been endorsed by a majority of the cities. Staff is recommending that a formal agreement be-distri�- -buted-to the County and cities. 6. Becanse funding for the State Transit Assistance Program was eliminated, staff is recommending a revised STA Program using carryover funds and increased TDA funding for transit operators.) 7.
