adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. R - f D
RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT TO DITTER, INC.
WHEREAS, Ditter, Inc. (Applicant) has applied for a conditional use
permit for an office/warehouse/shop at 820 Tower Drive; and
WHEREAS, operation of said business requires a conditional use permit
under the provisions of the Medina zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, this matter has been reviewed by the planning commission on
November 12, 1986, and by the city council on December 2, 1986; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that operation of said business will not
impede the orderly development of adjacent properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that a conditional use permit be granted to the Applicant for the
stated purpose subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The hours of operation shall be limited to 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
daily;
2. There shall be no exterior storage on the site;
3. The building shall meet all performance standards of the City;
4. The exterior trash container shall be screened;
5. The site shall be landscaped in accordance with the City's perfor-
mance standards;
6. The driveway on site shall be constructed to a 9-ton capacity to the
loading dock and trash container;
7. All site signage shall comply with the City's zoning ordinance;
8. Exterior lighting fixtures on the site shall be of the type which
does not broadcast light beyond the boundaries of the site;
9. The Applicant shall post a bond in the amount required by the zoning
administrator and execute a development contract satisfactory to the
city attorney;
10. The Applicant shall adjust the height of the manhole in the parking
lot to the satisfaction of city staff; and
11. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee in an amount determined by
city staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing the
conditional use permit.
