WHEREAS Hennepin County has notified the City of Medina
that Parcel 23-118-23 43 0012 has become tax forfeit, and
WHEREAS said Parcel is hereby declared unbuildable by the
City of Medina, and
WHEREAS Mn. Statutes 282 allows for auction to adjacent
property owners, of such properties,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel 23-118-23 43 0012
shall be appraised by the Hennepin County Assessor for said
auction.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina this day
