AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PLACING A
MORATORIUM ON THE NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby placed a moratorium on Chapter 32 (Street and
Sidewalks) Article XI (Neighborhood Improvement Program) insomuch as the Council
will not consider further applications for improvements pursuant to that article. This
moratorium will continue until retracted by the Council or any part of Article XI is
amended by the Council.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval. f j
