AUTHORIZING UEZ AD~lINISTRATION BUDGET FOR FY 2009
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret, au Urban Conununity, participates with the State
of New Jersey in the DEZ Program which utilizes 1% of the 3 Y, % sales tax in the
administration of this program; and
WHEREAS, the administration budget in the amount of $80,000.00 has been submitted
to the governing body of the Borough of Carteret for review; aud
WHEREAS, the funds shall be used to subsidize the administrative costs of the DEZ
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Governing Body of the Borough of
Carteret does approve submission of said DEZ budget for the FY 2009.
