CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 4 7 ,2
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
CALLING FOR A HEARING ON THE
IMPROVEMENT OF LAKEVIEW ROAD
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Lakeview Road from Holy Name Drive to
a point approximately 1400 feet westerly thereof by constructing a permanent
street to a 5 ton capacity and to assess the benefitted property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minn. Stat., Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota as follows:
1. The proposed improvement shall be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates for study and they are instructed to report to the city
council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on the 17th
day of February 1987, in the council chambers at city hall at 8:30 p.m.
and the clerk -treasurer shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:
