AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars
($800,000.00) from the District Wide Stormwater Fund to be used for asset investigations and
assessment of stormwater systems in Stormwater Asset Investigations (2022) (13595) Throughout
the Metropolitan Sewer District Service Area; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 22091 with TREKK Design Group, LLC for asset investigations and assessment of stormwater
systems.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) from the
District Wide Stormwater Fund for asset investigations and assessment of stormwater systems in
Stormwater Asset Investigations (2022) (13595) Throughout the Metropolitan Sewer District
Service Area; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved
by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22091
with TREKK Design Group, LLC, for asset investigations and assessment of stormwater systems
in Stormwater Asset Investigations (2022) (13595) Throughout the Metropolitan Sewer District
Service Area.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 14, 2021.
