Document Management Software System. The current system used by the District on all our large tunneling and facility
projects is Prolog. We have been notified that Prolog as come to the end of its useful life and will be eliminated by its parent
company Trimble. Black & Veatch will assist the District with the evaluations of other software currently on the market that
will meet the document and records management needs of the District on these large projects. This project is expected to be

Improvements (12552), and Missouri River WWTF Digester Gas Storage Cover Replacement (13222) projects. In
addition, it will provide CM services during design for the L51 and L52 Pump Station (P-717 and P-718) – Odor Control
(13556), Bissell Point WWTF Fine Screen, Concrete & Gate Improvements (12548), Coldwater Creek WWTF Repairs
and Improvements (2023) (12552), U-City Storage Facility (11992), Caulks Creek Pump Station (P-750) Improvements
(12248), and Lemay No. 3 Pump Station and Force Main (11817) projects. Additionally, this year’s CM services include
funding for additional inspectors to assist in supplementing MSD’s inspection staff with the inspection of the Capital
Improvement projects. This project is expected to be funded by Bond proceeds.
