AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a construction contract with
Girdner Contracting, LLC, for sanitary sewer construction in Bellevue Ave #1600 – 1618 Lateral
Sewer (IR) (13288) in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15695, adopted July 8, 2021, authorized the
appropriation for infrastructure repairs in Infrastructure Repairs (Wastewater) (2022) (12988).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a construction
contract with Girdner Contracting, LLC, for sanitary sewer construction in Bellevue Ave #1600 –
1618 Lateral Sewer (IR) (13288) in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri; said agreement shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($270,000.00) from the
Sanitary Replacement Fund and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 10, 2021.
