WHEREAS, the Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
(District) has recommended to the Board of Trustees that a section of District real property, located
at or near 613 Cleveland Ave. in Kirkwood, MO 63122, is no longer necessary or useful in the
District’s operations and therefore should be declared as surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the
District, the above-described section of real property is hereby determined to be no longer
necessary or useful in the District’s operations and is therefore, declared surplus real property.
Section Two. This determination is made pursuant to Resolution No. 2016,
adopted September 18, 1991.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on November 10, 2021.
