5. COMMUNITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TRANSPORTATION ACCEPTABILITY
PROCESS (CETAP) COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

Overview
This item is for the Commission to approve the Cooperative Agreement between the
Commission and the County of Riverside for the CETAP project and recommend the
County of Riverside to enter into a contract with Sverdrup to begin the Riverside
County Integrated Planning process (including CETAP).
