I" - RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR KNUDSON ADDITTON WHEREAS, Douglas J. Knudson and Mary F. Knudson have requested approval of a subdivision pursuant to the final plat attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the city council has previously granted preliminary approval to the Applicant for a subdivision of this property; and WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the Applicant's final plat for compliance with the ordinances of the city and with the conditions of preliminary plat approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final subdivision approval is granted to the Applicant, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant shall enter into a private road agreement with the city to ensure construction of a road over Outlot A. The private road agreement shall be in a form acceptable to the city attorney and shall require construction of the road to city specifications; 2. The Applicant shall pay to the city a fee in the amount of $ 2,000.00 as park dedication fee for Lot 2; 3. The existing shed shall be moved to a location on either lot which meets all applicable setback requirements by no later than June 1, 1987; to be 4. The Applicant shall pay to the city the sum of $ determined to cover the planning, engineering, legal and administrative expenses incurred by the city in reviewing this subdivision and the Applicant shall pay any additional costs incurred hereafter by the city for those purposes; and member 5. This approval shall be null and void unless the Applicant files the final subdivision with Hennepin County within sixty (60) days of the date of the Mayor's signature of the plat or receives an extension of time from the city council prior to the expiration of the sixty (60) days.
