RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on November 10, 1998 the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret entered into a contract with Stacy Contracting,
Inc. in the amount of $207,198.93 and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing
Body that a modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary,
and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has further certified that said
modifications were unforeseen at the time the original contract was
awarded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum of
$17,590.18 is hereby added from the original contract and payment
of the tnodified amount is hereby approved.
Adopted this 6th day of April, 2000
and Certified as a true copy of the
original on April 7, 2000.

As per Resolution Number 00-122.
THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the ibllowing
CHANGE ORDER MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT.
NOT TO EXCEED $17,590.18.
According to thc terms set forth in Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
forth in Resolution.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunder set their hands and seals or
caused these presents to be signed by their proper corporate officers and their corporate
seals to be hereto affixed, the day and year written above.
