REPORT OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
September 21 , 1971
In accordance with the Warrant the meeting was held at the
Brewster Town Hall , Tuesday , September 21 , 1971 .
The meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 P . M. by the Moderator ,
Grant W . Koch with tellers Alice Fitsch , Gladys Curtis , Paul C . Sylver
and Dorothy Grenier . There was a moment of meditation by the moderator
and there was a quorum present .
The Warrant was read by the Town Clerk , Donald P . Consodine ,
with the exception of the Articles which were read as they were being
considered .
ARTICLE 1 . To see if the Town will vote to appropriate from free
cash in the Treasury the sum of One Thousand Dollars ( $1 , 000 . 00 ) to the
Reserve Fund .
Voted unanimously that the Town appropriate from free cash in the
treasury the sum of One Thousand Dollars ( $1 , 000 . 00 ) to the Reserve Fund .
