{ SHELLFISH REGULATIONS
EFFECTIVE 12/20/71
Acting under the authority conferred by General Laws,

Chapter-130, as amended; Monday, December 20, ; 1.971_---scallops may
be taken in the Town of Brewster as follows:-
Family Use:- 1 j bushels per day, 3 bushels per week.
CommeraflUse:-10 bushels per day, 20 bushels per boat,

State and Town. Permits are necessary. Town permits are
available at the Selectmen's Office between 9:00 A.M. and
I 12:00 noon.

j Dragt.ing to be permitted in an area between the Orleans
{ L ne and a point off Linnell Landing. No boats allowed in the area
west of said Linnell Landing Line which and is for family use only.
All family quotas must be taken by hand method only.
