to be Selectmen and Assessor for the nest three years. The
Assessors oath was given according to the statute.

duly sworn to ke a member of the Brewster School Committee
having been elected to the one year unexpired term.

the regular three year term.

A Special Election was held in accordance with a warrant
issued by Anne M. Smith, Secretary, Cape Cod Regional Tech-
nical High School District, as posted in the Town Hall, and
attested by Richard Tonis, Deputy Sheriff. It i„,Tas also posted
::n five places in the Town, by Roland W. Bassett, Constable.
A Special Election to be held May 20, 1971, was called for by
the Warrant to be held in member Towns of the District on this
date, voting hours 12 noon until S p.m.
The ballot read, as Follows:
” Shall the $424,000 indebtedness authorized by the
Cape Cod Regional Technical High School District
Committee on April l5, 1971 for the purpose of
acquiring land and for preparing architectural and
engineering Rlans for a vocational-technical school
be approved?
The return of the warrant was read by Donald P. Consoa.ine,
Town Clerk. Election officers were Paul C. Sylver, 11iarden,
Gladys Curtis, Dorothy Genier, Alice Fitsch, Fred H. Nash,
and Doris Powell. Police officers on duty at the ballot
box were John M. Nevin, and Henry Hewey.

In accordance with the ,,'Tarrant, a special election was
held to fill the Selectman-Assessor vacancy. Election
officers were Paul C. Sylver, ffarden, Alice Fitsch, Dorothy
Grenier, Fred E. mash, T-awrence A. Baker, Gladys Curtis,
Doris W. :Powell. The policeman on duty was Raymond E. Hersey.
There were 757 votes casts with the following results:

the Building Code 3y-law as adopted under Articles 10 and
11 at a Soecial Town Meeting held September 21, 1971.
These were put in a Town Talletin, and posted in the Town
Hall, and four otherplaces, as required by law.

Received notice of appointment of Robert Franklin to be
chairman of the Conservation Commission, replacing John
Hay, resigned. NO. Hay was chosen to be honorary chairman
for his past services.

me and was duly sworn.
