RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION FOR WALLACE DOERR WHEREAS, Wallace Doerr (Applicant) has requested approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel into three lots according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the preliminary plat submitted by the Applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicant for his subdivision, subject to the following conditions: 1. The final plat shall show a driveway easement to proposed Lot 1 from Meander Road; 2. The Applicant shall obtain approval from Hennepin County for the driveway easements to proposed Lots 2 and 3; 3. The Applicant shall obtain approval from the Elm Creek Watershed District for the proposed plat; 4. No park dedication fee shall be required; 5. The Applicant shall dedicate the right-of-way along Co. Rd. 116 required by the city staff; 6. The final plat shall show all drainage and utility easements required by the city staff; 7. The final plat shall show a roadway easement 30 feet in width on proposed Lot 1 in a location approved by the city staff; 8. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the subdivision; 9. The Applicant shall submit a current abstract of title or registered property abstract covering all land within the subdivision for review by the city attorney; and 10. The Applicant shall submit the final plat to the city for approval within 180 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution, which final plat shall in all material respects conform to the preliminary plat, except that it shall incorporate all changes and modifications required by this resolution.
