Question No. 2. - Proposed Amendment to the Constitution_ Do you approve of the adoption of an amendment to the Constitution summarized below which was approved by the General Court in a joint session of the two branches held June 18, 1969, received 143 votes in the affirmative and 113 in the negative, and in a joint session of the two branches held 11ay 12, 19711 received 243 votes in the affirmative and 11 in the negative? Question No. 3. - Proposed Amendment to the Constitution Do you Approve of the adoption of an amendment to the Constitution summarized below which was approved by the General Court in a oint session of the two branches held June 18, 1969, received 259 votes in the affirmative and 0 in the negative, and in a joint session of the two branches held May 12, 1971s received 262 votes in the affirmative and 1 in the negative?
