LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY TO BE PLATTED
That part of the following described property:
The Southeast quarter of the Southeast quyarter of Section 2, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Prin-
cipal Meridian,
EXCEPT that part of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter which lies Northeasterly of the follow-
ing described line: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter;
thence on an assumed bearing of North along the East line of said Southeast quarter a distance of 840 16
feet to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence on a bearing of West a distance of 33.00
feet; thence North 37 degrees 25 minutes West a distance of 333.96 feet; thence Northwesterly to the point of
intersection of the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter with the West line of the East
