X. on Monday, March 5, 1973, then, and there to act on the following articles: ARTICLE 1 . To see if the Town will vote to amend the _ Personnel ny-Law, Section XI by deleting 11 .2.0- "Increments Limited - Not more than one step-rate increase shall be granted within one year's time.tt ARTICLF 2. To see if the Town will vote tc amend the Personnel icy-Law, Section XII 1 .3, by adding to the "B" classification a separate position, "B1011 for Zoning Agent, but with no salary. ARTICLE 9. To see if the Town will vote tc amend the Personnel By-Law, Section XII, 1 .3 by increasing the salary of the Veterans Agent, "HW-211 to $1 ,017.50 per year. ARTICLE 10. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Personnel icy-Law, Secticr_ XII, 1 .3 by increasing the salary of the Shellfish Constable "M11' to $2,244.00 per year (incudes transportation.) ARTICLE 11 . To see if the Town will vote to amend the Personnel By-Law, Section XII, 1 .3 by changing the compensation for Assistant Shellfish Constable to $2-75 per hour. � ARTICLE 12. To see if the Toi+.rn will vote to amend the Personnel By-Law by adding to the appendix the job descriptions of the newly created positions of -Water Superintendent, Superintendent-Engineer, Police Sergeant, Dog Officer and Zoning Agent. ARTICLE 13. To see if the Town will vote to request the Selectmen to layout Crosby Lane and raise and appropriate the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) for engineering purposes. ARTICLF 14. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter laic., Section 53c of the General Laws, as amended, estab- lishing a revolving fund for the payment of police officers for off- duty work detail. ,tRTIGLF 15.
