RESOLUTION GRANTING
APPROVAL OF A LOT DIVISION FOR
K. EDWIN YOUNGER AND JUNE K. YOUNGER
WHEREAS, K. Edwin Younger and June K. Younger (Applicants) have requested
approval of a plan to divide Lot 1, Block 1, Creekside of Medina according to
the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the newly created lot is the same as that identified as Lot 1B
in that certain Declaration of Easement, Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions
and Maintenance Agreement for a Private Road filed of record on the 2eday
of ati-40, , 19$5'as document No. O39/4V, which lot and residual parcel are
legally described on Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the lot
division submitted by the Applicants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that approval is granted to the Applicants for their lot division,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicants shall pay to the city a park dedication fee in an
amount determined by the city staff for the newly created lot;
2. The Applicants shall take such steps as may be required by the city
attorney to ensure that the newly created lot is subject to a
private road agreement; and
3. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to
the city of reviewing the subdivision.
