HomeMy Public PortalAbout1987-020Member '��� breW introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. lJ /- O RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR ALFRED MERZ WHEREAS, Alfred Merz (Applicant) has requested approval of a plan for a lot line rearrangement according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the lot line rearrangement submitted by the Applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that approval is granted to the Applicant for his lot line rearrangement, subject to the following conditions: I. The Applicant shall combine the land which is currently a portion of Lot 5, Block 1 Meadowwoods Farms with the parcel to the north thereof currently owned by the Applicant; 2. The Applicant shall dedicate to the city the right-of-way for Tamarack Drive required by the city staff; 3. It is understood and agreed to by the Applicant that the existing building located on the land now a portion of Lot 5, Block 1, Meadowwoods Farms may not be used to house animals and meets the 20-foot side yard setback for accessory buildings only; 4. No park dedication fee is required since no new building site is being created as a result of this lot line rearrangement; and 5. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the subdivision.
