AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
CHANGING THE NAME OF SPECIAL ROUTES TO SUBSIDIZED ROUTES AT THE
REQUEST OF THE FTA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 34 (Transportation) Sec. 34-29 (Special Routes) is amended
as follows:
Sec.34-29.Speeial Subsidized routes.
A, Generally.Speeial Subsidized routes, including shuttle routes, may be established by the Director of Public
Works when drivers and vehicles are available, at a charge established by the Director of Public Works.
The ..harge may be based on a PeF mapper heur-aFper-even basis Fares, if charged, shall be no greater
than the regular rare established by ordinance. (Ord. 13600, §13. 9-2-2003; Ord.No. 13956, §2, 10-17-

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval. raj j
