Notice of Public Hearing on
Barnstable County Proposed Resolution No . 17- 10
On January 3 , 2018 , at 4 : 15 p .m. , the Assembly of Delegates will hold a public hearing on
Proposed County Resolution 17" 10 to not support County. Sheriffs pursuit of an ICE
(Immigration and Customs Enforcement) 287g agreement with the federal government.
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates, First
District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so . 'Written comments may also
be submitted via email to the Assembly office (aofd@barnstablecounty. org) , or delivered or
mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of the hearing to the Office of the Assembly of
Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA 02630 .
The full text of Proposed Resolution 1710 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of
each town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of
