7:10 – 7:15 Review of FY 11 Grants Payment/Completion Status
Extension for John Root to 12/12 – Motion: Tom Phelan; 2nd John

7:15 – 7:20: Proposed Amendment to Local Guidelines to
• Window of Eligibility Calendar Year vs. 18 Months?
By general consensus, the Council decided not to lengthen the window of
eligibility from 12 to 18 months.
7:20 – 8:00 Review of FY12 Grant Applications $3,870 to award Grant Review

Total Grant amount available = $3,982 ($3,870 from MCC, $112 previously unspent funds). See attached spreadsheet for funding decisions and vote.
