Waste & Recyclable Materials for the Residential areas of the Village of Key Biscayne, FL
On 9/9/2010, International Fidelity Insurance Company, as Surety, executed a bond in the penal sum of FIVE
HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE & 00/100 Dollars ($528,961) on
behalf of Choice Environmental Svc., Inc, as Principal, in favor of Village of Key Biscayne, as Obligee. The
bond, by its terms, provides that the Surety may terminate its liability by giving notice of its election to do so to
Obligee. In accordance with the terms of the bond, we hereby elect to terminate our liability and shall, as of
3/31/2012, consider ourselves released from all liability by reason of any default committed thereafter by the
Principal.
Your acknowledgment of cancellation of this bond will be appreciated.
