AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Washington
University, for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure – Washington University Softball Field (13704) in the City of Clayton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15470, adopted September 10, 2020, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure – River Des Peres (13078).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with
Washington University, for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO Volume
Reduction Green Infrastructure – Washington University Softball Field (13704) in the City of
Clayton, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed Four Hundred Ninety-
Eight Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($498,600.00) from the General Fund and shall be comprised
of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 13, 2022.
