AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Three Million Dollars
($3,000,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for construction of green infrastructure in CSO
Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – River Des Peres (13078) in the City of St. Louis and St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15210, adopted August 8, 2019, authorized the original
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure – River Des Peres (13078); and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund for construction of green infrastructure in CSO Volume
Reduction Green Infrastructure – River Des Peres (13078) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri; and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by
the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 13, 2022.
