WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3722 will exercise option year one (1)
of the contract previously authorized by Ordinance No. 15565, adopted December 10, 2020, which
authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with Crawford Murphy & Tilly Inc. (CMT), whereby
Crawford Murphy & Tilly Inc. (CMT) will perform General Engineering Services for Treatment
Plants, Pump Stations, and other Operations groups.
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with three (3)
additional one (1) year renewal terms at the option of the District; and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District desires to exercise its first
(1st) of three (3) option years to renew said contract for an additional one (1) year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to exercise the District’s option to renew for the first one (1) year renewal term the contract with
Crawford Murphy & Tilly Inc. (CMT), whereby Crawford Murphy & Tilly Inc. (CMT) will
perform General Engineering Services for Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, and other Operations
groups; and said contract renewal shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on January 13, 2022.
