AMEl\'DING RESOLUTION #03-209
FIXING THE SEWER UTILITY CONNECTION FEE
FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Cmieret, that
Resolution #03-209 be amended to read as follows the per unit cOlmection fees will be
increased from $3,000.00 to $4,000.00 per unit.
Adopted this 10th day of April, 2008
and certified as a hue original
on April 11, 2008.
