AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2010-2011
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND AND THE TRANSIT FUND AND REAPPROPRIATING
IT IN THE 2011-2012 BUDGET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the 2010-2011 General
Fund $46,530.25 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the 2010-2011 Transit
Fund $46,530.25 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 3. There is hereby a Re-Appropriation within the 2011-2012 Transit Fund,
Revenue, to the 2011-2012 Transit Purchase of Vehicles account in the amount of $46,530.25
as indicated on Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
