W. HETMAN WHEREAS, F. W. Hetman (Applicant) has requested approval of a plan to divide a 66 acre parcel into two lots according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and City Council have reviewed the preliminary subdivision submitted by the Applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicant's subdivision, to be known as Medina Parks, subject to the following conditions: 1. No park dedication fee shall be required; 2. The Applicant shall dedicate on the final plat the right-of-way for T.H. 55 and Willow Road required by the city staff; 3. The final plat shall indicate drainage and utility easements satisfactory to the city engineer; 4. Lot 2 shall be subject to an easement for the benefit of Lot 1 to allow access to Willow Road; 5. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the City to review the subdivision; 6. The Applicant shall submit a current abstract of title or registered property abstract covering all land within the subdivision for review by the city attorney; and 7. The Applicant shall submit the final subdivision approval to the City within 180 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution, which final subdivision shall in all material respects conform to the prelimi- nary subdivision, except that it shall incorporate all changes and modifications required by this resolution. ! .
