RESOLUTION NO. 09-7986
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO
NAME AN INTERIM CITY MANAGER;
PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Opa Locka presently has an interim City Manager;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is in the process of selecting a
permanent City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to preamble herein are incorporated by
reference.
Section 2. Clarance Patterson is hereby appointed Interim City
Manager pending appointment of a Permanent City Manager.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
