DIRECTING THE ISSUAl'fCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO
ST. JOSEPH RC CHURCH
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough ofCarteret by St Joseph RC Church; and
WHEREAS, it appears tIiat the applicants are qualified to be licensed and the
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members
ofthe applicant; ~d
WHEREAS, the applicants have siglified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8" of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, .that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy ofthis Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.
