RESOLUTION NO. 2018-03-02
A RESOLUTION AUTHORING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF THE PAY AS YOU THROW TRASH AND RECYCLE FACILITY
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
WHEREAS, the 2018 Budget provides for the pay as you throw and recycle facility expenditures
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the Town Manager to enter into
a contract for development of the pay as you throw trash and recycle facility.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
