RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH PREFERRED
CLEANING SOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, Preferred Cleaning Solutions ("PrefecTed") has installed and
maintains equipment to maintain negative air in portions of the Borough Hall; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (thc "Borough") wishes to continue to
maintain the services provided by Preferred; and
WHEREAS, Prefcxq-ed has proposed to provide said services in accordance with
thc attached proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Air Treatment Equipment and Service provided by
Preferred is hereby extended for a period of two (2) months, in an amount not to
exceed $2000.00;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this action is taken without competitive
bidding in that the amount involved docs not exceed the bid threshold.
