Member introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. Jr%- 44
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT COMBINATION/REDIVISION
FOR DAVID B.JOHNSON AND KATHARINE K.JOHNSON
WHEREAS, David B.Johnson and Katharine K. Johnson have submitted an
application for a lot line combination and redivision of their property
located at 200 Cheyenne Trail according to the survey attached hereto as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot combination/redivision has been reviewed by the
planning commission and City Council for compliance with all City ordinances
and regulations pertaining to the subdivision of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that the combination and redivision of the above described property
is hereby approved, subject to the following:
1. The accessory structure proposed to be constructed on the property shall
be located so that it complies with all setback requirements.
2. The Applicants shall pay to the City a fee in the amount determined by
staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing this applica-
tion.
