RESOLUTION NO. er l- -4:-
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT COMBINATION/REDIVISION
FIDEL H. THEIS AND MARY A. THEIS AND JOSEPH A. RASKOB
WHEREAS Fidel H. Theis and Mary A. Theis and Joseph A. Raskob (Applicants)
have submitted an application for a lot combination and redivision of their
properties on Hamel Road according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot combination/redivision has been reviewed by the
planning commission and City Council for compliance with all City ordinances
and regulations pertaining to the subdivision of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that the combination and redivision of the above described property
is hereby approved, subject to the condition that the Applicants pay to the
City for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to
represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing this appli ion.
