. AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO THOMAS LIPNICKlINORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE,
FOR THE 2008-2009 LICENSE TERiVI
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2008-2009.License Term by Thomas Lipnicki, trading as
NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE
WHEREAS, he qualifications of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2008-2009 License Tetro be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE a
Taxicab Owner's License for the 2008-2009 License. '
Adopted this 8th day of May, 2008
