AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING
PORTIONS OF AN EASEMENT LOCATED IN BLOCK4 OF SUNSET PLACEADDITION
SUBDIVISION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council finds that the following prescribed easement is surplus
property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose:
All that part of the Sewer Right of Way, as described in Book 87, page
312, Cole County Recorder's Office, that lies within Lots 81, 82 and 83, in
Block 4 of Sunset Place Addition to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as per
plat of record in Plat Book 2, page 47, Cole County Recorder's Office.
Section 2. The easement described in Section 1 is hereby relinquished, and the
City does hereby release and abandon whatever interest previously held in such
easement.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage
