AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2008-2009 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2008-2009 License Term by the following:
CATHERINE MARIE SCHENCK
'VHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
. facts stated in the application and reconnnends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to CATHERINE MARIE SCHENCK for the 2008-2009 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2008-
2009 License Term to CATHERINE MARIE SCHENCK.
