RESOLUTION I7-`5'5"
WHEREAS Hennepin County has notified the City of Medina that
Parcel 04-118-23 12 0001 has become tax forfeit, and
WHEREAS said Parcel is hereby declared unbuildable by the
City of Medina because the width of said Parcel does not
meet Medina zoning regulations, and
WHEREAS MN. Statutes 282 allows for auction to adjacent
property owners, of such properties,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel 04-118-23 12 0001
shall be appraised by the Hennepin County Assessor and offered
for sale at auction to adjacent property owners.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina this 7 day of
