WHEREAS, NBI, Inc. (Applicant) has submitted an application for combina- tion and redivision of the property at 1285 Oakview Road, which property is currently described as Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Moorcraft, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the new description of the property is contained on Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the proposed lot combination/redivision has been reviewed by the planning commission and City Council for compliance with all City ordinances and regulations pertaining to the subdivision of land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the combination and redivision of the above described property is hereby approved, subject to the following: 1. It is recognized that the lot combination/redivision does not decrease acceptable soils on either of the lots; and 2. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee in the amount determined by the staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing this lot combinatijon/redivision application.
