AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFESON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH PECKHAM AND WRIGHT
ARCHITECTS, INC., FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR NEW FIRE STATION NO. 3 -
PHASE IV
WHEREAS, Peckham and Wright Architects, Inc., has been selected as the firm best qualified
to provide professional services related to architectural services for New Fire
Station No. 3 - Phase IV.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Peckham and Wright Architects, Inc., is hereby approved as the best
qualified firm to provide professional services and its proposal is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Peckham and Wright Architects, Inc., for the architectural services for New Fire Station No.
3 - Phase IV.
Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that
agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval..
