Re: Renewal #1, Design Criteria Professional Services (Resolution 2020-34)
Dear Mr. Hernandez:
The first renewal for the above referenced contract, covering the period June 5, 2023, through June
5, 2024, has been approved. With this renewal, AECOM may continue to provide professional
planning and design services for stormwater system upgrades, roadway improvements, and general
utility integration.
This renewal is the first of two (2) one-year renewal options allowed under the same terms and
conditions of the original contract and upon mutual acceptance by both parties. Upon expiration,
one renewal option will remain.
