AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($750,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for professional services to migrate the District’s
unsupported OBIEE reporting and analytics tool to the Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Migration
District-wide; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract with Oracle America for professional
services to migrate the District’s unsupported OBIEE reporting and analytics tool to the Oracle
Analytics Cloud (OAC) Migration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of General Fund to be used for professional services to
migrate the District’s unsupported OBIEE reporting and analytics tool to the Oracle Analytics
Cloud (OAC) Migration District-wide; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions
as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer, on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Oracle
America, whereby Oracle America will provide a professional services for the District to migrate
its unsupported OBIEE reporting and analytics tool to the Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Migration.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 10, 2022.
