WHEREAS, Janice A. Fenton has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
from March 12, 1982, to her retirement effective March 1, 2022.
WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Office Associate Senior
contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it serves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Janice A. Fenton for her 39 years
of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Ms. Janice A. Fenton.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on March 10, 2022.
