AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I ''LICENSING REGULATIONS", OF
CHAPTER 7,1., ENTITLED ALCOHOLIC EEVERAGES OF THE CODE OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, a municipal
corporation of the State of New Jersey, located in Middlesex County, thereof, as follows,
Section I: The following fees established pursuant to Article I, ''Licensing Regulations"
Of Chapter 71 entitled ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are hereby as follows:

Section 2. AIl Ordlljances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent with the provision of
tbis Ordinance shaIl be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of any such'
inconsistencies.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be
declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction the section,
subsection, part, clause or phrase snaIl be deemed to be ~everable from the reminder of
tbis Ordinance. ..,' '
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication according to
applicable law.
