CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. O - 2 9
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
_ APPROVAL OF THE
IRENE LEUER ADDITION
WHEREAS, Mary Caldwell, conservator of the estate of Irene E. Leuer,
(Applicant) has requested
final approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of approximately 13.45 acres
which is bisected by Medina Road into two lots according to the survey
attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City granted preliminary plat approval to the Applicant, on
May 19, 1987, subject to six conditions; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the final
plat submitted by the Applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicant for the proposed
subdivision, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant shall pay to the City a park dedication fee for Parcel
B;
2. The Applicant shall dedicate to the City the right-of-way for Medina
Road and Holy Name Drive specified by the city engineer;
3. It shall be noted that it is the City's intent not to grant
additional variances in connection with the development of Parcel B;
4. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to
the City of reviewing the subdivision;
5. The Applicant shall comply with the plat opinion from the city
attorney dated September 8, 1987; and
6. The Applicant shall file the final plat with the Hennepin county
recorder within 60 days of the date of the mayor's signature of the
plat.
