NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteretJ County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows: I. -, Tbat Plenary Retail Consurnption Liquor License No. 1201-33- 038-003 is hereby approved for the 2007-2008 license renewal term pursuant to NJ.S.A. 33: 1-12.18 Special Ruling relief granted by the Director on October 2, 2007. 2. That said renewal action is being ~ssued nun pro tunc to October 2, 2007. 3. . That the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an A.RC. License Renewal, Special Ruling relief having been so granted, becoming effective July I, 2007 and to 'expire on June 30, 2008, except as may;otp.erwise be renewed thereafter. 4.
